Shipping and Return Policy

We prepare every dappled lamp with meticulous care, packaged in upcycled wood box designed for protection during transit and made to be kept and reused.

Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks of purchase. Once your lamp is ready to leave the studio, you'll receive a tracking notification to follow its journey.

Import duties and customs charges may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If the dappled lamp isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, reach out at hazelchen@quietstonestudio.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• The returned items must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the return label, or the return will be considered cancelled.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged on Arrival

If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us at hazelchen@quietstonestudio.com immediately with photos of the wood base and/or the mesh shade. We'll arrange a replacement right away.
