Because each lamp base is an entire block of natural wood, each piece possesses unique grains and textures. You acknowledge that no two bases are identical. The mesh lampshades are manufactured with precision, but minor variations in how they reflect or refract light are part of their technical character.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted in our online store. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

Orders

Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

We offer free shipping worldwide. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Voltage & Plugs: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the electrical specifications of the product are compatible with their local standards.

Import Duties: Orders shipped outside our primary studio location may be subject to import taxes and customs duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All designs, including the proprietary mesh patterns and the brand identity of Quietstone Studio, are the intellectual property of our studio.
