The dappled lamp is intentionally understated in its design: a handcrafted piece of wood and mesh, designed to softly cast dappled light and a sense of stillness. Its sculptural shade is formed through parametric design that softens light and slows the atmosphere. The wood lamp body is individually handcrafted through traditional woodturning. Then, a beeswax or charring finish is completed by hand to preserve the wood’s warmth and tactile character.
A gentle tap on the wooden top awakens the light. For moments that call for a softer ambience, a longer touch gradually dims or brightens the light.
The lamp is cordless and rechargeable. It charges via a Type-C cable. The cables charge with a standard Type-C charger plug. Comes without charger plug.
